Problem
Purpose Driven Healthcare’s call center staff were being onboarded without a dedicated training resource for handling client benefits calls. New hires had no structured way to learn the phases of a call, the terminology they would encounter, or how to respond when a client became frustrated or confused.
Without this foundation, staff were showing up to their first calls unprepared, which put both the client experience and documentation accuracy at risk. This training was developed to close that gap by providing a clear, structured learning experience that builds confidence, consistency, and accuracy from the start of onboarding.
